In 1909 Charles Ditmas called the Lott House the finest in all of Kings County.

Today the Lott House is in a state of disrepair but, it's original grandeur is still evident. Click on the house to see the interior and the out building (on the right) to learn about the stone kitchen.

The House was constructed in 1800 and incorporates the 1720 house of Hendrick's grandfather Johannes. The 1720 section was a salt-box style house that now sits between the lean-to section (the extremem right hand section) and the main section of the house.
